Please see the attached documents for more information regarding our upcoming before and after school care options that will be available for the 2021-2022 school year. I've included a few other details in this email. Please email or call me with any questions. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Transportation: There will be a bus that transports K-5 students from the Y in the morning to Avilla and from Avilla to the Y after school. No transportation between Avilla and North Side.
PreK students: Students needing before school care will need to be transported by the parent to Avilla. Students needing after school care must remain at Avilla. The transportation hubs at North Side and Rome City will continue. Those are the stops that are transporting students for preschool only and are not related to before and after school care.
Funding: Champions is a licensed daycare provider which means families may qualify for state and/or federal funding to reduce their fees. Champions will have the appropriate documents to be completed by families. In addition to this potential funding source, East Noble School Corporation will use grant funds to help reduce fees for all families. Final costs may not be determined until August; however, it is strongly recommended that families sign up to save a spot for before or after care. The fees displayed in the flyer are a “worst case” amount.
